By signing my child/children up to attend Pezzaz sessions I understand that no liability in respect of any child not using appropriate footwear or shin-pads is accepted by the course organisers, or their servants, whilst attending the course, or loss or damage to personal property or effects.

I consent to my child taking part in all the activities and give permission for any medical treatment needed to be carried out. I understand that although Pezzaz are following all the government guidelines that there is still a risk of COVID 19. By signing up you are happy that all COVID safety precautions are being carried out in line with the government and opt in to take part in all activities. 

I agree to him/her being photographed and used on the Pezzaz website, Facebook page & promotional material, unless notified otherwise. I agree to receive relevant texts and emails about this course, and opt into future marketing about Pezzaz courses and relevant products. We will never pass your details onto a third party. Our data protection privacy policy can be provided on request or accessed on our website.

Membership is a yearly fee split into monthly payments rather than paying for attendance. This allows us to budget for the year and we don't have to increase the price when there are 5 sessions in a month and decrease it when there are less. We can't offer refunds for non-attendance. Members get a10% discount for all our holiday camps.

Cancelation policy - We require a month's notice for cancelation although we will try to cancel before your next payment if it's not last minute (2 weeks minimum). Your place will continue, along with payment, until we receive an email or text to cancel. If you don't receive confirmation that we have received it then please try again. Places are not automatically cancelled due to non-attendance and it is your responsibility to inform us of cancelation. 07818225592 or perry@pezzazstreetsoccer.com

Pezzaz Sports Ltd is not responsible for cancelled sessions by any school or facility that the sessions take place or to sessions cancelled due to bad weather. We will always endeavour to find an alternative venue. Due to the specialist coaching syllabus, occasionally sessions might get cancelled if a Head Coach is unavailable due to illness or holiday. We will aim to give everyone as much notice as possible.
